Over the years,
I’ve experienced and noticed a pervasive insecurity among heart-centered leaders. In my work with therapists and executives, I hear things like:
“What if I’m not as good at my job as I think I am?”
“I wonder what my peers think of my approach?”
“What if someone finds out I made a mistake?”
I acknowledges that perfection never arrives. We’re always rising above the ego - the collective insecurity - and choosing to be a beacon of hope for those that desire wholeness, connection, and healing.
By rising up and doing our own healing work around our humanness, we illuminate the path to wholeness for others.
